Have submitted all documents for transfer of name; additional documents too were submitted on objections raised; since then it was pending with department from December 2009 to April 2010. Have taken leaves thrice to follow up with officials; normal response it takes time or officer has gone on duty to some place; I was approached five times by agent; on being fed up; paid the agent; he got it done in 3 days flat and delivered all the documents at my residence. So sad is affair. I am seriously thinking of not paying taxes at all; it goes straight into the pockets of dirty politicians. I think there should ne no government in Bangalore only corporate houses should manager all the departments.
