I needed an encumbrance certificate from Ramapuram Sub- Registration Office for the purpose of a Bank loan for my foreign studies. I filled up the application yesterday 10. AM and went to the Superintendent (I don't know the name). He asked me if it was urgent. I said, yes. The he told me the Government due fees is 260 Rs, But he would be more happy if I can pay something more. I gave him 300 Rs, and he wasn't happy then I gave him 50 Rs more and told him I don't have anything left in my wallet.
