I have applied my baby's birthcertificate and paid Rs.200 to the person who is working as a office helper.But there were issues in the certificate that my initial got added wrongly which we came to know when we apply passport for my child.By that time i was out of town , so my wife did Affidavit from Lawyer and got correction request from the hospital where by child born and went to Austin town municipality and met the same person to whom i paid 200 already.He was bargaining 200 again and my wife also agreed for that.But the shameless officer not ready for that and he started putting more reason saying your passport doesn't have initial(no passport will have just initial, it will contain the expansinon of first name and last name of the person), but the officer were asking to produce passport with initial .Then finally my wife relalised that they are expecting more money and the expected amount was 600.But wife doesn't have that much of amount by that time.The IDIOT officer started shouting on my wife and telling why didi you come without money like.My wife Literally started crying and the heartless people were watching.
All i would like to know is that is ther any way to get the officer underlaw and make him understand the pain of the public.?
