I am a truck owner. i have truck of ten wheels. this truck is passed for transporting the load of 150 qtl. But there so many agents of rto (road tax officers) These agents coleect entry fees from truck owners and pay to the RTOs of every district and truck owner can loaded 500 to 600 qtl load in his truck. there will be nochecking of this truck who paid the Entry fees. these entry fees is valid for one month and the truck can go in all over ********** *******
