More of an extortion, if not we will find faults in your returns, we were asking details of Doctors in West Mumbai where our employees can avail of benefits, they did not have a list, and any name they said were of Doctor that had even expired. As a small time business man my employees ask me more money as theu don't count these as benefits that they can avail. To top it the threat for prosecution and compounding cost with the harassment is much more.
