To evade NBW

A person forged a cheque given to him to increase the amount and signature for the modification. then presented to the bank. It bounced. Then he filed a case in court which issued a NBW warrant.

The court process was so slow that we couldnt get a bail in time. we had no choice but to bribe to avoid arrest.
