Its the usual story, we land up in to the Corporation office, the enquiry counter is not functional, so we will be directed to one of the Employees, who is the lead guy to operate this network of collecting bribe and getting the Water & Sewage connnection, which is connected with te counselor and POlitical network. The network is so huge, every Construction walla to the Maestry knows this, so any house which comes up in these areas have a fixed amount to be paid as Bribe apart from the Government/ Corporation fees.
