Every new telephone / internet connection for incomet tax layout you need to pay some bribe.

The Jr. Engineer responsible for new connections of telephone / internet along with the workers ask for bribe close to 500Rs for every connection. People are rude and irritating to say the least! The bribe of around 2000Rs was paid from 2006 - 2010 in case of 4 connections.
