I recently shifted to new apartment and we were not getting bill from 4-5 months. I asked my landlord and asked meter connectin recipt and went to offfice to complain that i didn't receive bill. one day one guy came suddenly and said your meter is faulty so you have to pay 20000 Rs he said i will settel in less ..... at the end he gave bill of 3000 and i paid him bribe 2000 ... that too contractor guy ... he said i will get meter replace with 4000 Rs .. I said no ..
