For gatting a registration, the Supritendent made a factory visit and indireclty demanded a bribe. After giving a envolope, he asked how much it is - we told - its enough. He took it. But after 2 days, when I had called him, he shouted and abused me telling I had insulted him by paying just Rs. 3000/- where as his rate is more than 8000/-. He was rough in his langauge and wanted me to come and ********** him again.
I was shocked and was not able to sleep as I am not used to such requests and such behaviour. I feel pathatic that I have paid such a money. I am told that Excise department is one of the worst and most corrupt department. You cannot complain to his superiors as thay are equally corrupt.
Now I have any decided not to entertain his demands.
Now I will never pay a bribe - enough is enough.
