I applied for my marriage certificate in sub registrar office herbal Bangalore. At initially I asked the receptionist about the charges and he told me that it's 500rs. Then I submitted the documents and verified them. Then the documents have been sent to Naveen ( computer operator). After uploading the documents he asked for the money. I gave him the 500rs. Then again the documents came to the receptionist . After making the certificate he once again asked for 500rs. I told that I have paid the money . He told to pay once again. And after getting the certificate he didn't even gave me any kind of receipt.
