Facilitation charges paid to tahseeldaar for registration of plot

This is a kind of law now in Karnal to pay anything up to one percent of the stamp duty to tahseeldaar to get the property registration on time. Otherwise they make sure that you need to visit there ten time and waste months in getting the work done. The nexus between the booths registered to facilitate the client's with typing and other facilities works so smooth that the rishwat is to be paid to the typing guy and they make sure to distribute this among all. Out of which half a percent goes to tahseeldaar. I am about to pay rishwat to get my plot registered. Although i m not in favour of it but i understand that the registration will take months otherwise so i can not afford to not pay bribe.
