I was traveling in my car and was passing through Sector-37 redlight towards mahamaya flyover. I started to cross when the light was green. But, a car in front of me broke down , so, it took me some time to clear -off the circle; and in the meanwhile light went red . The traffic constables came rushing, despite knowing (and me telling them) what happened. This guy was more keen on getting bribe . I was in hurry to take my wife to hospital, and he was taking too much time with formalities (knowingly) ; and said it will take 200/- as "fast processing" charge. I gave him 150 and drove over.
