My brother was intoxicated with alcohol(was a bit drunk)he had a phone on his pocket they took it away.After this they took him in and waited 4hrs to call my father ,who reached thwre in 30 mins.As he was paying the bonds releasing my brother,my brother pleaded he had not done anything wrong (overreacted,a bit) they took him in again on false allegation of drug abuse and kept my father in overnight. Later they transferred my brother to a rehabilitation and tied him with ropes beat him brutally.they didn't even allow father to see him.
Now when my father asked the centrw for his release the inspector denied the permission. So my father brought in a lawyer to look into the case who talked with the police inspector who requested for 15000 to release him.pls help me what should i do.he is threatening to keep him there for 4 months .pls help
