Hired a Tempo Traveller (10 seater) which had All India Permit but while entering UP from delhi (at Ghaziabad) and coming back (at Muzzafar Nagar) , we have to spent lot of time to pay commercial tax and every time after a long wait when tax was paid it was with extra Rs 100 per day. To my surprise Rs 100 was added as if it the default processing fees and no one has asked any quetion about it.
