I am using my bike to drive in navi mumbai from last 4 years and first time I paid money for fancy number plate.
I asked him to provide me reciept of fine,but he said for that u have to keep your Driving license and collect it from office after 3 days.I said i want to pay fine now only bacause i cant go to traffic office in working days.
He said then i will not give u any reciept.
I dont know about the rule how to pay the fine then and there.
