It was a Tuesday (09-01-2018), I was about to take my test for my license to drive heavy vehicles. Me along with my fellow applicants were waiting for our test, that's when the motor vehicle inspector from RTO office udumalpet came for the inspection. We were not even given the chance to drive the vehicle but were failed at our first test. We were asked for our payment of fees, which literally translates to Bribe in the terms of the RTO office. We paid 7500 to the Driving school which acts as the middleman in these kind of transactions.
