I had been running for past 3 weeks for getting the final settlements for my plot payments and getting clearance for registry processing. As I was told the file was missing initially and then after 1 week found but with some other officer and then the concerned officer being busy with meetings which seemed to be never ending...Finally, after getting fed up with them making me running around...floor to floor.... Building to building.... I talked to one of the unofficial assistants of the clerk to sort out my problem and told him specifically that I will not run around any more and I want the job done fast.... To my surprise... I had all documents sorted and that to sitting on a nice chair having coffee in just a days time.... Thanks to our bribe system or we should term it in a nice way as File movement tax.I paid a bribe....:-(
