This is the incidence of mid october 2010. I started my snack center. Just after 2 days of its statrting one person with file and penalty challan book entered in to the premises. He demanded shop act , food license, fire lisense from me. At the moment I have shop act and fire license with me which I handed over to him. As I allready applied for food license i show him the receipt. Then he told me that without food license you can not operate your snack center. Then he tell me to meeet in his office. when I reached there he told me to pay 9000 as bribe for quick approval of licence. I rejected his demand. then he send me to ********** his sinior. Hos sinior is very polite person i feel that this person can finished my work without bribe but all are same. At the end he convinced me for Rs 5000. After payment within 5 minutes he delivered me food license. Such a corrupt department i never ever seen. Every body is involved. If you trying to brak the system system will break your business. They have lot of loopholes. Need to change the Act and authorities.
