Sir,
I am amod paswan. My father was a ex- employee(departmental labour) in FCI, TANGLA Depot under dist. office Tezpur, ASSAM who died in 2000. At that time FCI had nextkin appointment up to 04/03/2003. As we were lossing our breadwinner in our family i tried for my appointment as next kin of my father, quickly after death but my application did not reach my head quarter delhi in 3 years and my hope became lost which i can not explain it. I had all the burdens , making home, sisters marriage and running my family. I worked as a daily labour for 14 years to meet my family demands. And suddenly i wanted to know that i have selected for my lost job in my FCI ,TANGLA DEPOT where 2 seat is vacant out of 41 in Assam region on 5% ground in November 2014. I was in top in the list of year basis . when i and second no. Serial Mr. Rambabu pandit both went to my dist. Office Tezpur for applying our job then the Area Manager Mr. William Tirkey demande 1 lakh bribe from each of us . on the spot again i lost my hope because i had not a Rs.1000/- balance where can i collect 1lakh rupees. I requested him for 8 times but only refuse. My name already came in the joining order from our Regional Office , Guwahati. Where the RO committee head Mr. Bhaskar Hazarika, General Manager had selected me. But my dist. Office Area Manager did not appoint me. So in last i ask my friend for collecting money of Rs 1 lakh. He finally collected Rs.86000/-at 10 % interest per month in 25 March 2015. I gave the money of Rs.86000/- to my area manager in his hotel named D-MONDAL where he is staying for long time very near to our dist. Office. And finally i got my appointment letter on 26/03/2015 by promising my word to give after getting salary. Now in current he is not disburse my salary and asking for rest Rs.14000/- what cai do now?
