I was about to Register for A Land in Nagpur, for which the Lawyer told me that the Registrar needs to be paid for Getting this Registry done. When i asked my Land Seller and Lawyer that if all the documents are correct and we are at the right side, why is that we need to pay. They told me that this the way it works no Registrar will do Registry without money, and there are rate fixed for Different Area lands per Sq.ft, of the Registrar. There were no CCTV camera also in the Registrar office, and there were many people carrying cash in the Premises which was paid to the Registrar by the Lawyers there for the Registry. Please make sure such places are under CCTV and we all should pledge to not to take or Give Bribe, this way we will be exploiting our future Generations.
