Yesterday on my way back home on my 2 wheeler ,i was stopped by this traffic police. i being a girl and new driver may have looked like a easy target. I had all my documents like license, insurance,ownership paper etc. only problem was my puc had expired 3 days back,. i agreed it was a mistake but since it was only 3 days delay, i requested exemption from fine and offered to get it done then and there itself... the policeman was adamant about the fine which i understood (becoz i was at fault) so he said 500rs for puc and since the vehicle is in my husbands name i have to pay 500 rs more.. i said he was my husband and i had license so why should i pay 1000rs instead of 500rs..
after wasting some time , he asked to speak to my husband ,so i called my husbands number . he told my husband to ask me to pay 200 rs if i wanted to go home or i had to pay 1000rs.
my husband was concerned and didnt want me to be waiting with such a man hence i was forced to pay him the money and leave .
