Frequent bribe by East tambaram Traffic police for irrational reasons

While i am crossing Madras Christian college signal at East tambaram, i have stopped by the traffic police by an irrational reasons, he asked me to show license and RC ,insurance book , inspite of showing all required documents i have asked to give 100 rupees bribe to autowaala who were standing near to that policeman, although i have argue much he have taken my bike keys and compelled me to give bribe to them... Like me many of the commutators were compelled to give bribe to those Traffic police man through auto waala...Please take some action towards them for changing india in to corruption and bribe free India.
