Gave 200Rs, that PVO asked for as Service Charge, as Bribe.

It happened last night at my Home. This is for Passport Verification by local police. PVO was from Adambakkam police station.

First he verified all the documents. After that he asked me Money in the name of SERVICE CHARGE. I dint expect this. Finaly I had to give Rs.200, to process further.
