My friend was selected for the lecturer post. For that the verification certificate is required from collectorate. The verification officer has taken 500 rupees. Actually he has to check in and around the house and report to the collector. But without done these things he has taken 500 rupees. Eventhough she is genuine she has to give bribe.What India is?
