To get approval for the Desing Dept, metallurgy & mechanical propertis at Laborotary at M/s DLW-Varanasi

We are forging suppliers to M/s DLW-varanasi. The components will have to be tested for various dimensions, metallurgy and mechanical properties. In this process it take a very long time of about 2 months to complete the process and to get through all the processes we are embarrassed by various level officers who deliberately sqeeze us for money. They reject the material even though the material is acceptable, if we don't pay them. This is becomming very irritating & extermely difficult to get approval for the parts to be supplied to **********. In this process the good quality suppliers are refraining themselves to supply to **********. My humble request to your goodselves is that kindly bring it to the concerned officials to streamline the process of approval with out harrassment from the railway officials. Some of the officers are not technically suiatable & they don't even know about forging process. In this condition how can a railway gets superior quality forgings????
