We wanted the building approval and all other related documents for the bank loan, but each and every document is given only after the bribe, otherwise we could never get the documents from them. We are the ordinary people who depends on bank loan and can't avoid paying the bribe. The govt staff should think that he is also a citizen of India and realize that he is doing service for his nation. We need anti-corruption India, *******
