To get the clearence for deisel storage tank

- Paid INR 10,000
Even after getting clearence certificates from all departments like local bodies,PWD,Police,Fire Dept, Forest Dept, I had to pay bribe for getting this final noc from the civil station. It was an official emergency and necessity, that the bribe demanding delay couldnt be afforded. so this was paid and got the legally/technically and in all ways well deserved noc at last.
no name ,no problem except my guilt feeling and my ultimate decision to refrain from such official roles for ever.
