To get the Licence for External Event group performing in a official family day event

Ideally when you engage the external event group for conducting and manging the event for you they should be bringing in the licence for conducting the event at the location.
In absence of that we had to pay a bribe of Rs 5000 to a team of police officials in Delhi to continue the event.
The party venue was located right next to NH8 and two police constable noticed the same and after negotiation they settled down for Rs 5000 (initially they were asking f0r Rs 25,000).
