Hi,
I went to Government office in { Kavali,Nellore(D.t),AP } to take marriage certificate. I have all documents what ever they want , simply the government officers are asking to meet broker to get the the documents ready in that case why the government offices are hired.If i don't give money they are delaying the work. Actually am working in bangalore.
we are not expecting any thing from government. but to get any certificate like birth,marriage,death,adress proof, etc we have to give bribe other wise they will delay the work.
people are expecting the get these all with out bribe.
