We had submitted all the documents. at first the person who collects the documents was not available in stated timings but on next day we went to office and submitted the documents.but anyhow to get the certificate he asked for some more money apart from regular fees of Rs 70. though we had told him reference of his old boss he didn't bothered to ask for more money. This is a situation for educated people how much the village people might be suffering from this wicked community of babus.
