Paid 2000 for getting OBC certificate to apply for central governmnet job since in state level it comes under just BC but in central government level is in OBC there are lot of confusing tactics for the governmnets(state & central) to earn. why cant they follow a single status all over the country weather state or central........... this state and central issues ********** up .......
