To get police verification clear

I was applying for visa so I have applied for PCC. Even after 8 days when i went to SSP office to know the update they starts asking irrevelant questions. I have submitted all the document but even after they are asking for same document when I have asked them already submitted then starts asking for original copy. I went to home and bring all copies then they said they will process. After asking ETA they said it will depend on KHARCHA PAANI. I refucesed to pay then they said they will process but not sure when you will receive. After 21 days when again I went there then said your sign was mismatch(which was not the case).
They ware again asking for money and As i was needy one so I have paid them 500 rs. When report went to local thana a constable visit my place even i had no criminal records that guy again asking 500 Rs so I have to pay as it was more than 1 month.

These police process sucks all time.
