To get a seal
Since feb 2014 , every one have to pay raod tax online in Jharkhand . after paying tax online take a print out of receipt will be treated as road . we have to submit all the document to the security in original for verification in TATA steel for vehicle Gate pass. security guy dont accept that print out for road tax and asked for seal form DTO on that print out. In DTO office clerk demands 500 /- for seal.
My road tax is 2000.00 apx for three month & I have to pay 500/- ( 25 % ) as a bribe to make this suitable. I dont knw who is culprit TATA Steel or DTO.
