Getting Birth or Death Certificate is one of the necessary task which has to be done by each one of us. My son born in Jan-05 and I was very much excited to collect his birth certificate but all my excitement went into a pain when to get Birth Certificate I went 5 times to the municipal office from 1 room to another just to get "Please come next week" every time, then I found a old age person sitting at the back of the office collecting money from the people and giving them a small slip, when I inquire I got to know, that he is taking money and issuing a coded slip for the officer sitting inside to get fast delivery of Birth or Death certificate..mind it Death Certificate also. I went to him paid him just 150 bucks, get the Birth Certificate of my son in just 1 day....the officer who can do things in just 1 day is actually harassing people for just 100 odd bucks, not even municipal but all government depts, including Electricity, Insurance all are corrupt, they don't have feeling not humanity.
