I dont remember the exact date but around the date I have reported( The employee will have my details in his report, as i had signed a document acknowledging works). A sewage department employee named Nagaraj (cell No- 9916181650) refused to remove rubbish blocking the gutter chamber on the road opposite our house saying its our private chamber! (not Govt's). Since due to the blocked chamber our house would not drain and was smelling of stench, he demanded 1000 to clear the chamber, but we settled for 700 INR.
