I bought one CBZ from jharsuguda VLA Herohanda showroom. after finalizing colour i came to the sales man table and asked for total amount.he tell me it is 69000. than i asked for breakup, in this i found he is charging 1800 for registration fee. than i ask what is the actual fee of registration than he tell me it is around 1000. than i ask why you are taking 800 more.
He told: we need to bribe the RC office and you also no need to take bike for passing.
The story i told you is very comman but it is increasing silent corruption and become a occupation for some people. we all use this way because the employes of the RC office made a public perception that, it is the only easy way to get RC in the today's busy lifestyle.
Please pay attention to this. these are the simple ways by which corruption enter in a society.
