Had to register our ancestral property in my name so we opted for a gift deed where my mom and my aunt would gift it to me to get this done without paying I had to go to office with my aunt and my mom for more than 10 days but nothing happened and later they told to get this done via an agent and the agent made us go through the whole process twice as the first time he did that my name was not printed correctly and even though we mentioned this to them they told it was ok but then BDA did not agree if the name was not complete so when we asked him he charged me again the same amount.
