It is pathetic to see how sub-register office carry their day to day job, People who work here are equivalent to Blood sucker. Just because we did not have enough money to pay the bribe on that day, our registration was delay until close of business. And that she KAS/IAS office who is a Sub-registrar is not shamed to take bribe in large envelopes from people who register the house flat from the company to new owners. I do not blame her, but the system were she had to pay bribe for her position and placement with in Bangalore. It is something like change reaction which we see happening. If on link in the chain is dropped then the consequence to public will be very bad, so have to keep up with current system.
