To change the name in Municipal office (Mutation), the guy at Customer service counter send me back three time asking for new document or new copy. At forth time he asked for Rs.500/- or get the latest valuation document from registrar office. After a hard negotiation I paid him Rs.250/- to accept my application for name transfer.
