For the first time in my life, someone demanded a hell amount of bribe for transferring meter just 2 feet away from my office internal wall to outer wall. The person given his number and instructed to make a contact with him in an hour. He told me to stay at your office over a call. He was there for inspection within an hour and then story beguns. This person, Pradeep, threatened me that these type of work of transferring meter would take around a month or at least priority from our side as we have another imporantant work to do but if you would like to do as early as possible then it takes Rs. 500 (official transfer charges) and Rs. 1000 to do this task.
