I am a resident of US and had to sell my apartment in Chennai. It was a big racket of Goondas who i never knew. My parents sold the house and when i went in to sign the papers to sale, i was in a shock. I was threatened to pay up INR 50,000 to complete the sale and get out of registration office!!
