I HAD TO RENEW MY LICENSE of mahila agent aavarti jama & SAS agency for that very purpose i need to pay bribe to the concerned officer to give me the renewed license, without which i could not work in postal saving agent. i m not the only one,this is their routine work to beg the facilitation fees for sake of colleagues& even peons. plz improve the deptt asap & oblige
