Panchayat development officer of hebbsale grama panchayat, sakaleshpur taluk, ********** dist. was so hungry for money. here i m saying that, i payed rs.6750 of bribe for mahatma ********** national rural emplyment gaurantee act's open well at Nadahalli village..so govt should take action on this bribe PDO.
