Tukaram Shirodkar from Goa police took 10,000 from me to file a report. Insurance company said they didn’t need the report as it was a self accident and no third party was involved. But he still didn’t let me go and took away my car keys. I had to pay to be allowed to go. He was rude and arrogant and said that I cannot do anything and to meet his demands if I want my car to be released.
