Had to bribe the clerk for updating the house registry named after my deceased father to my mother.

As my father had passed away last year, I decided to change the resitry name to my mothers credit. For doing so I visited the registry office in dehradun, near doon hospital. after more than 20 visits and 3 months, the officials just didn't do it, rather always came up with some excuse or some point so that i would have to visit the office again and again. And finally they said to just pay Rs 8000 and it would be done in a single day !!! Frustrated, as i was unable to get more leaves from my office, i just paid the amount to them and within a single day it was done.
