I had to pay bribe for the mistake which the Birth registration department did.
All the paper which were submitted were perfect, but the bugger wont budge he said you come after 2 days then 3 days then 10 days, Finally I had to offer and I go the correction don in 2 hours. Unbelievable isn't it.
