Had to give money for filing a FIR for my bike theft.

It took me two days to file an FIR for my bike theft because i was not willing to pay anything to file FIR.
At last i went straight to SHO, who asked juniors to file my FIR.
The person who updates computer records first asked me that what i do?
I said a Software enginner, then he demanded 500 rupee for filing FIR, i resisted, but then he said you see you have to come again for the untracable report and all that, and ultimately i had no option other then paying him 200 Rupees.
What i have felt there is that these people take it as their right. They have become so habitual of taking bribes now that they have become addicted to it.
