Well, I was involved in a car accident the girl on the scooter brushed my car and fell, I took her to hospital and there she lodged an FIR against me, on getting a call from Police Station I went there, it was already night, the constable there was completly drunk and took my car under custody and told me that I will have to stay in lock up for night as I can go from her only after my bail which will happen next morning when courts will open, I am a simple middle class man I had no clue what to do now, I did not have anyone who could help me then, then that constable told me to pay Rs.2000 or 2500(dont remember exact amount) so that I can go home and come ther next morning.That guy took complete advantage of my situation, took unreasonable amounts like Rs 100 for doing xerox of documents.
