though we have all documents no one to guide you and care you with out bribing. There is a fixed fees of 1200 per meter, when u approch the dept people they say ********** the guys sitting down with all forms they do the rest. I deceided to do my own approched JE office, there JE asked me to wait but never responded, then had a talk with attendent there, he explained me the process that, i need to get stamp from the area collector and they will not put stamp till i pay or go go through them, only if they put stamp the JE will sign
